The Institute for Leadership and Change Management Next Generation Leadership Series is offered as a monthly brown bag luncheon where leading local government practitioners will provide hands on insights to help young professionals develop the competencies needed for success as local government managers. Each luncheon will focus on one of the specific competencies established by the International City Management Association as an essential competency for local government professionals.
Each session will be a brown bag luncheon, and will have a registration fee of only $22 for UMANT members, $109 for non members.
